The Association shall unite the members, promote and protect the interest of registered members.

The Association shall within its power help the members obey and live within the laws of the Republic of Angola through sensitization, dissemination of information and translation or interpretation of the laws of Angola for easy assimilation for members.

The Association shall facilitate healthy and friendly integration of Nigerians with locals and citizens of Angola, thereby promoting a healthy and peaceful community.

The Association shall work with the Nigerian Embassy to promote and improve bilateral relations between Nigeria and Angola.

The Association shall partake in philanthropic activities in Angola, thereby contributing to general growth and development of the Republic of Angola.

The Association shall respect the freedom of expression and free exchange of ideas and information without undermining or disrespecting the authority and integrity of the Association.

The Association shall support the participation of women by encouraging their representation at all levels.

The Association while striving for maximum unity of purpose shall respect the linguistic, cultural and religious diversity of all members.
